Appliqué is the process of using traditional embroidery methods to sew pieces of fabric to a garment.
We combine specific fabrics and threads with special embroidery techniques in order to create a unique look for your apparel.

The background fabric used for the applique letters is designed to fray and develop a “stringy” distressed look after washing.
The foreground is direct embroidery using a special thread that is designed to have a vintage, hand-sewn appearance.
You can choose felt for the applique fabric in your design if you do not wish to have the frayed background.

Layers of Poly Twill combined with zig-zag stitching gives your design a classic athletic look and feel.
Perfect for spiritwear and team apparel.
Combine with a direct embroidered logo or mascot for truly unique appearance.

Orders may consist of multiple garment styles in multiple colors as long as the design remains the same on all garments.

A production sample of appliqué can be purchased for $25.00. Once an order for 12 or more is placed, $25.00 will be credited to your order.*
* the production sample credit will only be applied if there are no revisions to the logo.
